All products listed on SewingIndian.com are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information on our website, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will inform you promptly. In such cases, you may choose to either wait for the product to be restocked or request a refund for the unavailable item. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of the items in your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed and collected at the time of purchase.
The shipping amount shown during checkout is the final shipping cost payable by the customer, unless otherwise communicated prior to dispatch.
3. Returns
SewingIndian will accept returns only in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects, provided that a return request is submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
All return requests must be supported by a clear unboxing video and relevant images as proof. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and parts supplied at the time of delivery.
Return shipping for approved cases will be arranged only after inspection and approval by SewingIndian. Due to the nature of heavy machinery, customers may be required to cooperate in arranging suitable return logistics.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if the claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Customers will be notified via email once the process is completed.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- An incorrect product was ordered by the customer
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product performance
SewingIndian will refund the value of the returned product only.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.

Orders placed will be dispatched the same day or within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
